Frequently asked questions

Good to know before you buy

How does it work?

Multi-modal sensors in the motors and joints capture gait rhythm, posture and movement signals. Onboard Physical AI interprets your biomechanics and intent, then adjusts assistance to your body and the terrain — in under a hundredth of a second.

How is this different from a regular electric assist device?

Traditional devices give fixed or rule-based power. The X1 continuously analyses how you move and synchronises its force with yours, increasing assistance on climbs and easing off when you slow down.

How long does the battery last?

Four to five hours of typical mixed walking per charge. The battery is lightweight, removable and easy to swap for all-day use.

Does it adapt to me over time?

Yes. The system learns your movement patterns, activity level and daily needs, refining its assistance strategy so walking feels smoother and less tiring.

Is there an app?

Yes. A secure Bluetooth connection links the suit to the TransitX app for assist gear control, mobility insights, cloud sync and firmware updates, with end-to-end encryption.
